Architectural conceptual designs detailed an outline drainage plan, caveat ed with “Drainage connections indicative only”. Once the development had progressed to the construction phase, the Architects Drainage Plan was found not to be feasible.

We looked at the client’s project requirements, are solution was to.
- Collate the project requirements.
- Attend site to complete a drainage survey of the surrounding infrastructure.
- Develop a CAD Model for a new project drainage system.
- Complete a Drainage Schedule, detailing construction data for site-based costing and installation.

The problem that we had in which keystone black professionally resolved was a drainage related issue. Originally the architect had a very brief look at the drainage around our property and put a poor drainage plan in place. The original plan would result in us connecting into a neighbour’s foul waste pipework. We didn’t want this as we wanted our own foul waste connection to prevent an external issue’s impacting future works.
