The Project
Keystone Black were assigned to provide Site Engineering Support by the Project Management Team.
Detailed architectural plans were in place, a survey company had completed a geographical survey and installed main control points.
The Civil Engineering sub-contractor was in place and ready to start.
The Service provided
We initially conducted a series of observations on the installed main control points which had been established under a Local Grid.
A secondary TOPO was completed to further develop a model for establishing the foundation extents.
Our setting out attendances helped the sub-contractor to meet their program objectives.

I was recommended Keystone Black Engineering by a subcontractor of mine. Following a pre start meeting on site, I was confident Adam could deliver and he did not disappoint. His remit was to set out all the gridlines and levels to the new structural steel frame and I needed zero tolerance. Adam ‘s work was professional and precise. He double checked all coordinates using GPS ensuring accuracy was key. All the setting out and base installation was carried out with total efficiency, Adam even mucked in with the workers ensuring the whole process was correct. Upon completion of bases and commencement of steel frame erection, every base both line and level was to the millimetre. This, in my opinion, was the most important part of the build. In ensuring accuracy at this stage, all further work has run fluently. I would highly recommend Adam and look forward to our next project.
